Summary

This study tests whether adding dexmedetomidine or dexamethasone to a standard numbing medicine (bupivacaine) provides better pain relief after thyroid surgery. Sixty adults having their thyroid removed will receive one of the two combinations via a nerve block. The goal is to see which additive reduces pain scores and side effects more effectively.
