Summary
This study compares two nerve block techniques—dual external oblique fascial plane block and erector spinae plane block—for pain control after percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), a surgery to remove large kidney stones. Ninety adults will be randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks or standard anesthesia alone. Pain levels and medication needs will be tracked for 24 hours after surgery to see which approach works best.
