New pain block combo may speed heart surgery recovery

Summary
This study tested two ways to manage pain after open-heart surgery: one using a single nerve block and another combining two blocks. 42 adults having heart surgery took part. The goal was to see if the combined block provides better pain relief and reduces complications like confusion.
