Summary

This study tested whether adding virtual reality (VR) to standard physical therapy helps teenagers with chronic musculoskeletal pain. 34 teens aged 10-17 used VR during their therapy sessions. The main goal was to see if the VR approach was easy to use and enjoyable, and if it helped reduce fear of movement and improve physical function.
