Summary
This study tested whether adding virtual reality (VR) to standard physiotherapy helps teenagers with long-term muscle or bone pain. 34 teens aged 10-17 tried the VR program, which included fun exercises and goal-setting. Researchers measured how often they used VR, how much they enjoyed it, and whether it reduced their fear of movement and improved physical function.
