Summary

This study looks at whether a device that tracks pupil changes can measure pain and other unusual sensations in people with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). Researchers will test the device on 70 participants aged 1 year and older. The goal is to find a better, more objective way to assess pain in this condition.
