Phone calls for pain: new program aims to help seniors with memory issues manage aches
NCT ID NCT06182423
Summary
This small pilot study tested a new program designed to help older adults who have both long-term pain and mild memory problems. Participants received weekly phone calls from a health coach and watched educational videos to learn pain management skills. Researchers wanted to see if the program was practical to use and if it could help reduce how much pain interferes with daily life.
