Summary
This study looks at whether a traveling team of pain specialists can help children and young adults (up to age 25) with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, autism, or multiple disabilities feel better. The team visits patients at home or in care facilities to assess and manage pain. The main goal is to see if patients improve after 6 months of this program.
