Summary

This study looks at whether adding a meditation program or pain education to standard sleep therapy can help reduce pain intensity in adults with chronic low back pain and insomnia. About 300 participants will receive cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, then be assigned to either a savoring meditation or pain education group. The goal is to improve pain, sleep, and quality of life.
