Summary
This study tested a new approach for people with long-term low back pain. Participants received a one-hour session on how pain works, followed by 30 minutes of exercise using virtual reality. The goal was to see if this combination could reduce pain intensity, improve movement, and boost quality of life. The study included 40 adults aged 18 to 65 with chronic pain lasting at least 3 months.
