Summary
This study aims to find the better of two ultrasound-guided nerve block techniques for reducing pain when patients with a broken thigh bone need to sit up for spinal anesthesia before surgery. It will involve 70 adults with femur fractures. The main goal is to see which method makes it easier and less painful for patients to get into the correct sitting position for the anesthesia procedure.
