Summary

This study tested two ways to manage pain in children after hernia surgery: an ultrasound-guided block near the belly muscle and a standard caudal block. Fifty children aged 1 to 7 took part. The goal was to see which method delays the need for extra pain medicine and reduces overall painkiller use.
