Summary
This study looks at three different nerve blocks (paravertebral, intertransverse, and erector spinae plane) to see which one works best for pain control after video-assisted lung surgery. About 96 adults aged 18-75 having elective lung surgery will be observed. The goal is to find which block reduces the need for strong painkillers and lowers pain scores.
