New study aims to find best pain relief after lung cancer surgery

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (RIB and ESPB) to see which one controls pain better after lung cancer surgery. Sixty adults having a thoracotomy will receive one of the blocks, and researchers will measure how much morphine they need in the first 24 hours. The goal is to find the more effective technique to reduce pain, lower opioid use, and speed up recovery.
