Summary
This study tested two different nerve blocks to see which one controls pain better after laparoscopic belly surgery in children aged 2 to 7. Fifty kids were randomly assigned to receive either an erector spinae plane block or a modified thoracoabdominal nerve block. The main goal was to see how long it took before they needed pain medicine after surgery.
