NCT ID NCT07240064
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compared two types of nerve blocks—ESPB and MTAPA—for managing pain after laparoscopic (keyhole) abdominal surgery in 50 children aged 2 to 7. Both blocks aim to reduce pain and the need for strong painkillers. The researchers measured how long it took for children to ask for pain relief and their pain scores after surgery.
