Summary

This study compares two types of pain blocks—sacral erector spinae plane block and dorsal penile nerve block—in 70 boys aged 1-7 years having hypospadias surgery. The goal is to see which block provides better pain control after the operation. Researchers will measure pain scores and any side effects.
