Summary
This study tested two different ultrasound-guided pain-block methods in 40 children aged 7 to 17 having iliac bone graft surgery for alveoloplasty. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain and the need for strong pain medicines in the first 24 hours after surgery. Results will help doctors choose the best pain control approach for these young patients.
