This study compares two types of nerve blocks—sacral erector spinae plane block and pericapsular nerve group block—for pain relief after hip replacement surgery. Researchers will enroll 80 adults aged 50 to 90 with a broken hip. The goal is to see which block provides better pain control while preserving leg strength, helping patients recover and move sooner.
