Summary
This study compares two different nerve-blocking techniques used to control pain after hip replacement surgery. Researchers want to find out which method provides better pain relief while reducing the need for strong pain medications like morphine. The study involves 60 patients who will receive one of the two nerve blocks before their surgery.
