Summary
This study aims to understand how pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) progresses over time by tracking 270 adults, including patients and healthy volunteers. Researchers will collect blood samples and perform heart and lung scans to identify new biological markers that could improve diagnosis and predict disease worsening. The goal is to gather knowledge to guide the development of future treatments, not to test a new therapy directly.
