Summary
This study is testing a lifestyle program delivered by trusted community health workers to help Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders manage weight, blood pressure, and diabetes risk. The 3-month program includes lessons on healthy eating and physical activity, and aims to reach 600 participants across the Pacific Islands, Hawai'i, and the mainland U.S. The goal is to find the best way to deliver this proven program to improve long-term health in these communities.
