Summary

This study follows 1000 adults with primary aldosteronism (a hormone condition that raises blood pressure) for up to 5 years to see how often thinking and memory problems develop. Participants take regular cognitive tests and medical check-ups. The goal is to understand how common these issues are and what factors make them worse.
