Summary
This study tests whether using ozone gas to disinfect the implant site before placing a dental implant leads to better stability compared to standard disinfection methods. Healthy adults who need at least two dental implants will receive ozone at one site and standard care at the other. Implant stability is measured right after placement and again three months later to see if ozone makes a difference.
