First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether different oxygen levels can help preterm infants who have both a chronic lung disease (bronchopulmonary dysplasia) and high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension). About 39 infants born extremely early will be enrolled. Researchers will measure how long their oxygen levels stay too low and check heart function with ultrasound. The goal is to find the best oxygen range to improve survival and health.
