Summary
This study tests a new way to manage blood flow and oxygen in children after heart surgery. The goal is to prevent serious problems like low blood pressure and cardiac arrest by focusing on oxygen use in the body during the critical first 8 hours after surgery. About 300 children weighing over 2.5 kg who are having certain heart surgeries will take part.
