Summary
This study looks at whether a special filter called oXiris helps people with septic shock and kidney failure survive. Researchers will compare patients who got the oXiris filter with those who got standard filters during blood cleaning. The goal is to see if the oXiris filter reduces death in the hospital and improves recovery.
