First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at how nerve damage from the chemotherapy drug oxaliplatin affects hand strength, dexterity, and daily life in colorectal cancer patients. Researchers will measure grip strength, finger coordination, and quality of life in 84 adults who have received at least 3 cycles of oxaliplatin-based treatment. The goal is to better understand these side effects and guide future care.
