Frozen ovarian tissue may let young cancer patients have babies later

Summary

This study tests a way to preserve fertility in young women and girls (ages 0-35) with cancer or other illnesses that could damage their ovaries. Doctors will freeze a piece of ovarian tissue before cancer treatment starts, then later re-implant it to try to restore fertility. The study will track surgical safety and pregnancy rates in 100 participants.
