Summary
This study tests whether a single injection of goserelin, given just before a stem cell transplant, can help preserve ovarian function in women with blood cancers. The trial will enroll 64 women aged 14 to 50 and measure if their menstrual cycles return naturally within six months after the transplant. The goal is to reduce the risk of early menopause and infertility caused by the high-dose chemotherapy used in the transplant.
