First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Aug 05, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether adding a gene therapy called IMNN-001 (given into the abdomen) to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer live longer. About 500 newly diagnosed patients will be randomly assigned to receive either chemo alone or chemo plus IMNN-001. The study is currently recruiting.
