Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether the experimental drug mocertatug rezetecan (Mo-Rez), given alone or with bevacizumab, can delay cancer progression better than standard observation or bevacizumab alone in people with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer that does not have a homologous recombination deficiency. Participants receive either Mo-Rez, Mo-Rez plus bevacizumab, or active observation with or without bevacizumab. The study measures how long the cancer stays under control and monitors safety.
