Oura ring may soon spot silent killer: hypertension
NCT ID NCT07267871
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will test if the Oura Ring can identify signs of high blood pressure using a new algorithm. Researchers will compare the ring's readings to what participants report about their own blood pressure. Up to 2 million adults in the US who already use an Oura Ring will take part. The goal is to see if the ring can be a helpful screening tool for hypertension.
