Summary
This study looked at different ways to help people with opioid use disorder start treatment. It compared usual care, patient navigation (help from a guide), and patient navigation plus starting buprenorphine right away. The goal was to see which approach gets more people into treatment within one month. The study involved 373 adults who had used opioids recently and were willing to try buprenorphine.
