Four-Drug attack on tough bone cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding four targeted drugs (gefitinib, trametinib, disulfiram, and sunitinib) to standard chemotherapy works better than standard chemo alone for people with metastatic osteosarcoma, a serious bone cancer. It will enroll about 45 participants, including both newly diagnosed patients and those whose cancer has returned. The research also aims to understand how this cancer survives chemotherapy by analyzing tumor samples.
