Rural health push aims to stop the 'Bone Break' cycle

Summary
This study is testing a new support program for people with osteoporosis or who have broken a bone. The program helps patients manage their bone-strengthening medications and learn about nutrition and fall prevention. Researchers will follow 200 patients for two years to see if the program helps them stick to their treatment and reduces future fractures.
