Osteopathic touch may boost heart health in lung cancer fight

Summary
This study tests whether gentle, hands-on osteopathic techniques can stimulate the vagus nerve in people with advanced lung cancer. Researchers will measure heart rate variability, a sign of nerve health, and check if these safe, non-invasive treatments reduce anxiety during chemotherapy. About 80 patients will take part in this early-stage pilot study.
