NCT ID NCT07603466
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding cabergoline to osilodrostat works better than osilodrostat alone for controlling Cushing's disease. About 50 adults with active Cushing's disease will receive either the combination or the single drug. The goal is to see if the combo can lower cortisol faster, reduce the needed dose of osilodrostat, and lessen side effects like high blood pressure and hormone imbalances.
