Summary

This study looks at 65 adults with obstructive sleep apnea to see how three weeks of breathing therapy (ventilotherapy) changes their thinking skills, blood markers linked to brain health, and overall well-being. Participants will take thinking tests, give blood samples, and answer questionnaires before and after treatment. The goal is to understand the broader benefits of treating sleep apnea.
