Mayo clinic hunts for throat cancer clues in blood and saliva

Summary
This study looks for biological markers (biomarkers) in blood, tissue, and saliva that can show if a person has HPV-related throat cancer. Researchers will compare samples from people with and without the disease. The goal is to improve how doctors diagnose and predict outcomes for this cancer. About 560 adults will take part.
