Can a daily glass of orange juice fight insulin resistance?

NCT ID NCT01201603

Summary

This study aimed to see if drinking orange juice daily could improve how the body uses insulin, a key hormone for blood sugar control. It involved 36 otherwise healthy but overweight women who drank either orange juice or a control drink for three months. Researchers measured insulin sensitivity, body fat, and blood fats before and after to look for any changes.
