NCT ID NCT06638190
First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at how the natural parts of an orange (like fiber and vitamins) affect how quickly sugar from orange juice enters the blood. Twenty-five healthy men drank different orange juices and had their blood sugar and insulin levels measured over two hours. The goal was to see if whole-fruit components help control blood sugar spikes better than sugar alone.
