Grape extract gummies vs capsules: which delivers more health-boosting flavanols?

NCT ID NCT06665958

First seen Jul 01, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026

Summary

This study compares how well flavanols from grape seed extract are absorbed by the body when taken as a capsule or a gummy. Twenty-five healthy men aged 18–40 will each try both forms in a random order. The goal is to see which form leads to higher levels of flavanols in the blood, which could guide the development of better supplements and functional foods.
