Summary
This early-stage study tests an oral drug called gallium maltolate in 26 adults whose glioblastoma has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can slow tumor growth. Participants take the drug by mouth and are monitored with regular brain scans.
