Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding an experimental drug (defactinib) to an approved oral treatment (decitabine/cedazuridine) is safe and tolerable for people with high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes, certain acute myeloid leukemias, or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. All 12 participants receive the active drugs—no placebo. The goal is to find the best dose and watch for side effects.
