Cancer care goes home: major study aims to prevent medication mishaps
NCT ID NCT06317389
Summary
This study is tracking 3000 cancer patients who take their anticancer pills at home instead of receiving injections in the hospital. Researchers want to see if a special support program helps patients take the right dose safely and avoid problems. The goal is to improve how doctors, pharmacists, and nurses work together to support patients managing their treatment outside the hospital.
