Summary
This study aims to help veterans with PTSD who aren't improving with their first treatment. Researchers will test whether switching to a different therapy approach or using text message reminders for homework assignments works better. The goal is to find the right treatment combination for each individual veteran to manage their PTSD symptoms more effectively.
