Summary

This study aims to find the safest and most effective malaria treatments for children, especially those also living with HIV. Researchers in Uganda will follow 380 children for two years, comparing two common malaria drugs and checking how they interact with HIV medication. The goal is to improve treatment guidelines so children get better care with fewer side effects.
