First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study will test whether a diet with carefully chosen carbohydrates can improve blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes. 150 adults will try both an optimized carbohydrate diet and a standard diabetes diet for 12 weeks each, with a break in between. The goal is to see if the special diet leads to better glucose levels and other health benefits.
