Summary
This study looks at nearly 1,000 people with severe aortic stenosis (a narrowed heart valve) and blocked heart arteries. It compares doing artery stenting before versus after valve replacement to see which order leads to fewer deaths, heart attacks, or other serious problems. The goal is to find the safest and most effective timing for these two procedures.
