Summary
This study looked at 72 healthy women having planned C-sections to find the best dose of spinal morphine for pain relief. Participants were randomly assigned to receive a low, medium, or high dose of morphine during spinal anesthesia. The main goal was to see how long it took before they needed extra pain medication. The results help doctors choose the right dose to manage pain effectively while minimizing side effects.
